Weed management

Spray Pendimethalin @ 2.5 to 3.5 l/ha immediately after sowing will be effective in controlling the weeds. Spray Imazethapyr @ 750 ml/ha after 20-25 days if necessary

Fertilizer dose

Apply 25-30 kg N, 40-50 kg P2O5, 30 kg K2O per ha area as Basal dose at the time of sowing

Harvesting

two third to three fourth pods are matured. Harvested plants are sun dried for 3-6 days and Threshing is done by beating the pods with stick or thresher.
